Every organisation has its own ways of working, audiences and priorities. At Synergie Code, we start with these details to choose the right solution with you, design its interfaces, develop its features and prepare it for operation.

Our promise: we understand how you work, turn your needs into a clear digital solution, and work with you to launch, operate and develop it.

07FAQ

Before we start

Short answers to what clients ask most before a project begins.

Do I need a website or a custom system?

That depends on your goal. A website presents your services and content and receives enquiries, while a system adds processes such as accounts, requests, reviews and reporting. We start by understanding your needs to identify the right solution.

Do you build websites in Arabic and English?

We can build a website in both languages, taking account of text direction and content requirements. The proposal sets out responsibility for supplying, translating and reviewing the copy.

Does the service include hosting and a domain?

These can be added to the project, or we can work with your existing accounts. Renewal fees, management fees and provider costs are stated in the proposal.

Can you connect the website to donations or payments?

We can develop the experience and integrate a gateway suited to your organisation’s account and requirements. Supported payment methods are confirmed after reviewing the provider and account settings and testing the integration.

How long does a project take?

The timeline is set once the pages, functions, integrations and content requirements are understood. We divide the work into clear stages so you can track progress and approve the deliverables.

What happens after launch?

We explain the period for addressing feedback and the available care and development options, including the service scope, support channels and hours, and required subscriptions.

What do you want your digital project to achieve?

Share your idea or the challenge you face, and we will help you identify the right next step, whether you are starting from scratch or developing an existing website or system.
