MicroShabab
From registration and attendance to forum operations

The need
The forum brings together participants, speakers, partners, delegations and an organising team, and needs one journey that connects the participant experience with the team’s needs instead of separate tools for each stage.
What was built
A digital system for the MicroShabab youth entrepreneurship forum, bringing together the participant journey and the organising team’s needs within one project. Development includes registration and tickets, API integration with Tap, QR attendance verification, and certificates issued according to attendance and survey requirements. It also includes management of speakers, partners and the agenda, together with modules for guests, delegations, transport, accommodation and team operations.
This case demonstrates the ability to develop an event system that extends from registration through operational follow-up and reporting. The system uses Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL, with Arabic and English interfaces and permissions based on user roles.
