Running the system on the day

A separately chargeable service covering configuration, user training, an operational rehearsal, support during the agreed hours and days, and a closing report. Equipment, connectivity, printing and the number of support staff are defined in the proposal.

Do you run the system on the day of an event?

System preparation, team training, rehearsals and support during the event can be included by agreement. The proposal defines the level of coverage, equipment, connectivity and on-site support.

Can you connect the website to donations or payments?

We can develop the experience and integrate a gateway suited to your organisation’s account and requirements. Supported payment methods are confirmed after reviewing the provider and account settings and testing the integration.

Do you build websites in Arabic and English?

We can build a website in both languages, taking account of text direction and content requirements. The proposal sets out responsibility for supplying, translating and reviewing the copy.

How long does a project take?

The timeline is set once the pages, functions, integrations and content requirements are understood. We divide the work into clear stages so you can track progress and approve the deliverables.
