Sofrat Alya
Website, menu, orders and catering quotations in one experience

The need
A Khaliji restaurant with two sister brands for catering and spices, all running without a shared digital home: the menu was printed, catering and spice orders arrived as chat messages, and every change to prices or photos needed a developer.
What was built
A digital experience combining the Sofrat Alya website with Alya Catering and Alya Spices, including a QR menu, product orders and catering quotations. The team can manage the menu, availability, products and stock; track orders, customers and messages; and organise catering enquiries, quotations and statuses, assigning team members to follow up.
The project connects the public website to an operations dashboard with owner, manager and staff permissions, an activity log and notifications. Order creation checks availability, saves order details and updates stock, while payments are recorded according to the collection methods defined for the project. It is built with Next.js, TypeScript, Drizzle and MySQL.
